Probate often involves additional filings, creditor issues, accountings, or court requests that cannot be predicted at the outset. A general retainer ensures you are represented as these issues arise without needing to renegotiate services mid-case. After Letters of Office are issued, estates often require continued management. 

  • Package fees cover attorney services only. Court filing fees, publication costs, and bond premiums are the client’s responsibility.
  • Each package covers services through the opening and appointment phase unless otherwise noted.
